Depends on the offense that you are on probation for, and if this occurence has anymore then him saying you did something to his car...if it was just a bit of dirt it is liable to be thrown out of court if it even were to see a day in court. I didn't see "the damage", because I have no idea what his car looks like, but apparently there was some dirt and scratches on his car. |
