Oh, we're just friends. He came to St. Louis for a couple of days and I met him. He went back to Orlando.
He's very nice. He's smart and funny too. We laughed alot. Btw, I never heard of Salem. What is it near? |

I have been to Rolla and thru Rolla more than a few times over the years.
I don't know for sure if he wanted to be more than friends or not. I know we hit if off like two good people meeting. I don't know how to put it into words. We enjoyed each other's company. He did start dating someone in FL a couple of weeks after we met. But..it didn't work out. |

I did a LDR in my early 20's with someone in Chicago. I was fortunate that he worked for a travel agency and he was able to get me free airline tickets and hotel quite often. That eventually fizzled out. But..I was young and not ready for long term. We remained friends. That's all the personal experience I have with LDR. I do know someone whose daughter met someone from England and they got married. |
