...is it that people are soooo nice and easy going on a website but in person can be so rude....? I mean, doesn't everyone come here to find something and the whole reason you meet in person is to see if there is a real connection? Fake people need to all get together on an island and stay there...I am sooo tired of it! Just venting. Are there real people out there???

I am about as real as it gets. I can be rude and obnoxious and pretty LOUD.
About the only thing that doesn't translate here is the loud part....lol Funny thing is....a lot of women say they are looking for someone " real ", but yet, they want nothing to do with my reality. lol

I mean NO offense here...but, it truly gets rather stinky stale to me to hear folks whine/complain/etc. about online folks they meet "changing" when meeting in "real life".
If you have been around the block a few years...PRIOR to the internet...this is NOT a newsflash. In fact, it's really OLD NEWS! It's just a matter of timing is all. Those of my genre will hopefully support my post. That's why us "old foogies" say..."Take your TIME in getting to really KNOW someone". Every one of us, and yes...I mean EVERY one of us...puts our "best foot forward" when first meeting folks (even if it is a negative or "shock factor" manner). Why wouldn't we? That's human nature, right? Sure, we ALL can say "I'm just who I portray on the 'net..blah, blah.." but, really now...come on! We can state this...but, only to a certain extent as these folks we interact with have never even heard us FART! Yet, often times, the INTERNET, relinquishes the "honeymoon phase" to a much shorter period of time before the true WITCHING/B*TCHING hour occurs. It's called REAL LIFE, folks.
